The Secret Of My Success

Your subconscious mind is always saying "yes!"

This "yes" is a very powerful thing. While your conscious mind can only process about 7 bits of information per second, your subconscious mind can process 7 billion bits of information per second. While your conscious mind can barely remember what happened an hour ago, your subconscious mind can remember everything with total recall.

What is your subconscious mind saying "yes" to?

Do you say things like this to yourself: "I don't earn enough. I can't afford it. Why do they charge so much? I'd really like to get it but I can't afford it right now. That's all the company pays." If you're thinking these thoughts, your subconscious mind is saying "yes" to it and you're getting more of what you don't want.

Do you say things like this to yourself: "I feel really tired right now. My back and shoulders are killing me. What wouldn't I do for just a little more energy. I could accomplish so much more if I didn't feel this bad all the time." Again, your subconscious mind is saying "yes" to it.

Do you say things like this to yourself: "I feel so lonely. Nobody really loves me. They're all just pretending to be my friends because they want something from me.
He/she just doesn't love me the way they used to. People are really mean to me. It always amazes me how rude/crude/ungrateful/selfish/stupid other people can be. I could accomplish so much more if they just gave me a chance." Again, your subconscious mind is saying "yes" to it.

You can turn this around by thinking completely different thoughts. "I can afford this right now because what I will learn from it will bring my money back quickly. I am really at the right place here to earn more. I'm going to make this investment right now."

Similarly, you can be thinking, "The more I exercise and eat right the better I feel. When I feel tired, it's fine for me to rest and get my energy back."

And you can be thinking, "It's great to be me. It's funny how people go out of their way to make me happy."

Since your subconscious mind is saying "yes" to these things, too, you will soon find yourself attracting more money, more health, and more positive relationships.

Your subconscious mind is a vast reservoir of pure intelligence. It powerfully supports you in whatever you think or dream.

Your subconscious mind hooks up to the super-conscious mind to bring you serendipidity and synchronicity. You start getting into the right moods, start working more productively, start sharing more of yourself with others. You start feeling better and acting more intelligently. You start to get intuitions and wonderful coincidences fall into your lap.

I'd like to give you an example of how amazing all this stuff is from my own experience. The other day I came across a website where I wanted to get the product. I thought, "I'd like to get this." It was an expensive product but I was fine with it because I knew I could afford it. Then I got a telephone call and got busy and actually forgot about this website.

However, my subconscious mind had said "yes" to it.

Then yesterday I got an email from someone I did not know. They said that they had been to my website and really liked my products and what I was doing online. They sent me a link to their product, asking me what I thought about it. Imagine my surprise when I downloaded the product to find that it was the exact product I was intending to buy the other day!

Stuff like this happens to me all the time. Why? It's because I know that my subconscious mind is saying "yes" to whatever I ask and I have trained myself to ask for what I want and to completely ignore what I don't want. I could tell you many other stories where things just show up for me with no effort on my part, but I think you get the point.

That's my secret, and now you know it too and can apply it.

The Science of Getting Rich

Did you know that it is possible, in essence, to think your way rich? That there is a certain mindset shared by successful, wealthy people, and that understanding and using that mindset can help you bring riches into your life?

It sounds a little farfetched, but in fact these ideas have been around since the early 1900s, when Wallace D. Wattles wrote the book "The Science of Getting Rich," which is still held up today as an example of mind science, or using the power of the mind to manifest what you want in life.

Wattles wrote that success is not about living in a particular place, being from a certain background, or even having luck. Instead all successful people think in a certain way that allows goodness, success and money to come into their lives.

The way he described this right way of thinking was that you must have a "clear and definite idea of what you want." He said "unformed longings and vague desires" would not bring you want you want, instead you must be really clear on exactly what you desire down to the last detail.

It's not enough, he said, to want money or a new house or a new car. You have to want a million dollars, a three-story beach house on the Carolina coast with hardwood floors and stainless steel appliances, or a bright red Hummer with all the bells and whistles.

He explained that using the science of getting rich or mental science to attract anything into your life is like sending a telegram (today we might say like sending an e-mail): you don't just send all the letters of the alphabet and hope that the recipient can decipher your message.

In the same way you can't just ask for wealth, comfort or happiness from the great telegram receiver and expect to get exactly what you want. Instead you must give a detailed account of what it is you desire, whether that's by forming a mental picture, writing down what you want or even collecting pictures of the ideal home, car, relationship, or whatever else it is that you are looking for.

Having a clear vision, though, is only part of the battle. You also have to have unwavering faith that the thing you desire most can be yours. Wattles wrote that you should be able to believe that the thing you want is already yours. You should be able to imagine yourself living in the house, driving the car or spending the money, vividly seeing that future life that you are building with the power of your intention.

It takes some practice to have both that clear vision and unshakable faith, but once you learn the secrets you can literally have anything you want just by visualizing, asking and believing.

Power of Positive Attitude

Beliefs formed a big part of our lives. Successful people have always believed that they can be and will be successful in their life. Many of us have seen Michael Phelps won 8 gold medals in a single Olympic. That has created a history for himself. Many have envied his feat and the first thing in their mind will be, “Wow, how I wished I could be like him.” Have you ever wondered what could you achieve in your life? What will you do if you couldn’t fail?

In fact, anyone can achieve what they have wanted to achieve. It is about beliefs. Everyone is a born winner and we are the winner in our own lives. It is this belief that drives any individual to be successful in their own field. All successful individuals have strong beliefs in their lives and it is one of the bases for their success. If we had started to believe in our own self, the things that we can achieve will definitely give you a pleasant surprise.

Other than having a strong belief, it is the attitude that drives the individual to create their own history. The commitment towards themselves and the drive must also be present. Imagine having a strong belief in one self and having a poor attitude towards life, how would that individual turn out to be? One’s attitude comprises of the drive, the commitment and the desire to achieve their goals. If one has strong beliefs about the goals that he can achieve and he displays good attitude towards it, it would be no surprise to anyone that he will be able to achieve his goals.

Start believing in yourself that you can achieve your goals and with the right positive attitude, you will definitely be able to create the miracle that you have always dreamt of.

Uncertainty Has A Voice - How Self Doubt Can Prevent You From Getting What You Want

When push comes to shove and the reality of our life being in our own hands starts to sink in, how does it feel? Slightly scary, perhaps?

When we are no longer relying on anybody else for our survival, by way of a standard 9-5 job that we have had for a while, or our salary that we have become accustomed to, or anything else for that matter, all of sudden we may begin to think slightly differently about everything?

We might find ourselves saying the following things; 'Maybe this wasn't such a good idea?' 'Maybe I'm better off working in my old job, at least I knew where I was each week, what to expect? etc' 'I seemed to have a much better grip on my reality, I felt slightly more confident about my life when I worked for somebody else.'

It all seemed like such a good idea, the opportunity to take control of your life, it appeared like it was the best thing for you to do. It all made sense not so long ago.'

Then all of sudden, things start to become a little less clear, maybe the grass isn't always greener on the other side? '

What happens?

Self doubt creeps in and the voice of uncertainty speaks, or rather you give it centre stage with a microphone. The voice says 'Are you sure you can do this?' 'Maybe it's better if we carry on as we are for just a little while longer.' 'I am not sure this is really the right move?' 'You are risking a lot here?' 'Let's come back to this in a few years time.'

In a bid to prevent yourself from any anguish, you suddenly take the step of not doing very much work towards making it all happen for yourself, so you can then prove to yourself that you were right and that it was all a bad decision. You should have just stayed where you were. Is it possible that your mind really does work like that? That if you have any doubts at all, your behavior suddenly
changes in a way to prove the doubts that you had to be correct?

The fact is if you don't use your mind in a positive way, it will more often than not start thinking of ways of being negative.

When you are faced with having your own destiny very much in your own hands, it can suddenly change how you feel about things and yourself. Everybody's fate is in their own hands, but how many people ever get to experience it first hand? (For example, working for themselves) Or even want to experience it? How many people are just going along with their accepted lives, accepted destinies, letting life dictate to them, instead of the other way around? Grateful that they have jobs. For some this may be a perfectly acceptable way to live, but for others it may not be. Instead they want to carve out their own reality, one that suits them and their own desires and wants.

Being the architect of your destiny is not an easy way out, it will not fall into your lap from you just wishing it come true, it will take work and effort on your part to manifest the parts of your life that aren't there. But when you do and you see for yourself how it is possible and how it can be done you will be glad you did, and the rewards will more than make up for the effort you put in to get there.

It is potentially a powerful position to be in, but it should not be taken lightly, be serious about making something happen for yourself or don't bother at all, instead go back to what you were doing before. Self doubt is natural, but don't fall at the first hurdle, there will be obstacles coming up, you are just going to have to deal with them.

At some point previously you obviously thought that more than what you had was possible for yourself, so now with your fate in your own hands, go full tilt, head first and give it some effort. Keep the goal very much in focus, and when doubt creeps in don't listen to it, instead do something to work towards your goal.

Deep down you want to do this, you really want this to be a success and you know that if the change you are working towards were a success it would change you and your life for the better. Sure nobody said it was easy but how much harder will it be later on in your life knowing that you didn't at least have a go at creating something for yourself.

If you do find yourself in this position don't worry because there will be plenty of people who also didn't so you'll be in good company. But imagine this; will it be harder to live with yourself knowing that you gave up at the first attempt? The going started getting a little tough so you thought 'no this is not for me', 'time to look for a new job', 'time to re-think my strategy', or whatever.

Once committed to the change and once you start working towards your goal you will be getting closer each and every day, when you do this you will always be closer to your goal than you have ever been in the past. So instead of listening to the self doubt in your head, stay positive and focused and always remember to keep moving forward in life.
